Known for her great sense of humor and infectious laugh, Tracy brings an enthusiastic approach to real estate at Gateway Realty Group. Her positive attitude and tenacity is what draws clients in. She genuinely enjoys connecting and building relationships with people.

Tracy was named Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker her first year licensed. As soon as she got her real estate license, she hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back since. Her motto with her clients is “One Step at a Time” because she understands the process can be unfamiliar and stressful at times. She prides herself on educating her clients throughout every step along the way. Her goal is for all her clients to leave the closing table happy!

Born and raised in St. Charles, Tracy has lived in numerous areas around the county. After graduating from St. Dominic High School, she accepted a scholarship at Indiana State University to play soccer. While there, she studied business and finance which has allowed her to be an asset to her clients when evaluating market values for houses.

When Tracy isn’t selling real estate, she’s either coaching soccer or spending time with her 3 children. She also loves going to Mark Twain Lake in the summers and watching her nieces and nephews waterski. Family is an important part of Tracy’s life!
